Sentinel Precision, Inc. is a United States ITAR-registered manufacturer and exporter. Export compliance discipline is part of what we sell: every transaction is structured to protect each party’s license to operate.

Regulatory framework

Our activities are conducted under, among others:

• The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130), administered by the US Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
• The Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774), administered by the US Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security.
• US sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

What we publish

All information on this website is approved for public release and contains no ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data. Nothing published here constitutes an offer to sell export-restricted products without a valid export authorization.

How an inquiry is handled

Inquiries concerning controlled items proceed through a documented sequence:

• Restricted-party screening of the inquiring organization and its principals against US Government denied-party, debarred-party and sanctions lists.
• End-use and end-user due diligence, including the country of ultimate end use.
• End-user documentation — end-user certificates, non-transfer and use certificates, or import authorizations, as the transaction requires.
• Export authorization — license, agreement or exemption, obtained before any controlled export occurs.
• Record retention for the period required by the applicable regulations.

What we will not do

• Ship controlled items without a valid authorization in place.
• Proceed where end use, end user, or country of ultimate destination cannot be established to our satisfaction.
• Transact with a restricted, denied or sanctioned party, or with anyone acting for their benefit.
• Accept controlled technical data through unapproved channels, including the inquiry form on this site.

Quality and safety standards

Manufacturing and facility programs are executed to US Department of Defense explosive safety standards, with NIST-calibrated inspection and mil-spec packaging where applicable.
