Who this site is for

This website is published and intended for governments, armed forces, law enforcement agencies, prime contractors, authorized distributors, suppliers and the press. It is not a consumer website. Nothing on it is an offer to sell to members of the public, and we do not conduct retail or direct-to-individual sales through this site.

No offer, and no binding quotation

Everything published here is general information. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a binding quotation.

Product descriptions, specifications, ranges, calibers and performance figures are indicative. They may change without notice and do not form part of any contract. A binding quotation is issued only in writing, against a specific requirement, and is conditional on export authorization and our terms of sale.

Export control

Items described on this site may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774), and other applicable controls and sanctions.

• Nothing on this site is an offer to sell export-restricted items without valid authorization.
• Information published here is approved for public release and contains no controlled technical data.
• Any transaction is conditional on export authorization, restricted-party screening, and satisfactory end-use and end-user documentation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to venue in those courts.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
